What size do I need?
There is a size chart at the end of each items photos. If you need in between sizes, I recommend sizing up or sending me an email at ladyandtoretto@gmail.com                                   Please note that my items are handmade and measurements may vary slightly. 

Can my cat wear your clothing?
Of course! At the bottom of the home page in the slide show you will see Kitty in her dress.

When will my order ship?                                                                                                     Items are handmade at the time of purchase. Your order will ship within 3-5 business days, not including weekends or US holidays. Please check the announcement banner at the top of the website for up to date processing times and also items as some take longer to make than others. If you need your order by a specific day, please email me. I will do my best to accommodate your needs. 

 

Can I return/exchange my order?
I do not accept returns/exchanges as each item is handmade to your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me.

 

Can I cancel my order?                                                                                           Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase as long as the order has not begun processing. 

 

 

What happens if I do not receive my order?
I provide a tracking number with every order. I am not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged items. If tracking shows your order was delivered there is nothing I can do. But I will contact USPS/UPS to help figure out what happened to undelivered items. There will be no refunds or credit given as this is out of my control. Please do contact me if this happens.
