What size do I need?
There is a size chart in every listing for that item. If you are between sizes, I recommend sizing up or sending me an email at ladyandtoretto@gmail.com Please note that my items are handmade and measurements may vary slightly. 

Can my cat wear your clothing and accessories?
Yes! There is a slideshow at the bottom of the homepage showing Kitty wearing her dress. 

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days, not including weekends and US holidays. Please check the announcement banner on the home page for up to date processing times. If you need your order by a specific day, please email me. I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Can I return/exchange my order?
I do not accept returners or exchanges as each item is handmade to your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours of purchase as long as your order has not begun processing.

 

What happens if I do not receive my order?
I provide a tracking number with every order. I am not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged items. If tracking shows your order was delivered, there is nothing I can do but help and contact USPS/UPS to help figure out what happened. There will be no refunds or credit given as this is out of my control. Please do contact me if this happens.
